Council of Reference

The Bridge Project is an ecumenical charity, which means we support, and are supported by, a range of different churches. The Bridge team come from a total of 17 different churches across the Salisbury area. The Council of Reference consist of a number of ordained ministers, from various churches, and have an important role to play in the life of the Bridge. Their 'duties' include the following:
  • Attending Trustee meetings
  • Looking through any new materials and lesson plans, ensuring that we have reflected an ecumenical and correct theological stance.
  • Being available pastorally for staff
  • Spiritual oversight over the charity

Each member of the council is usually 'on duty' for a month at a time, on a rota basis.
