Following a season of growth, during which we have piloted chaplaincy across our network of schools, we are now developing and strengthening our mentoring provision for children. To help lead this next phase, we are recruiting for a two year Mentoring Coordinator role. Our vision is to see a team of local mentors serving alongside every Chaplain, helping to make a lasting, positive difference in the lives of children and young people. It is important that the post-holder is comfortable working in a faith-based environment and is supportive of our Christian ethos, vision, and values. The successful candidate will be asked to read and confirm their support for our Statement of Faith, and will be invited to participate in team prayer and other shared expressions of our faith, as part of our organisational culture.
