A Chaplain’s role is to encourage, support, listen and care.  This generally (although not exclusively) takes shape in the form of 1-2-1 work - that being anything from mentoring to spiritual guidance; dealing with issues from behaviour to bereavement. 

We currently have Bridge Chaplains working in 5 local secondary schools.
