The Third Space is a project born out of The Bridge's extensive work in primary and secondary schools, where we have seen young people longing for more - more connection, more community, more opportunities to ask difficult questions, and more space to explore faith and spirituality.

From this, we recognised the need for something beyond their homes and schools: a place where young people can build meaningful relationships, feel safe, be themselves, and find support as they navigate life and faith.

Youth voice

At the heart of The Third Space is youth voice. We are currently partnering with a team of seven dedicated young people to design and develop spaces across Salisbury that reflect the needs, ideas, and aspirations of their generation.

Together, they are helping to host city-wide events, mentor younger people, and build partnerships with churches across Salisbury. This is just the beginning, with exciting plans to grow and develop Third Space in the years ahead.

Our vision

Rooted in Christian faith, we join with young people to shape vibrant spaces where they build community, explore big questions, and grow in faith.
